New MTC Web Site is Now Online!

Along with the launch of the new ThermoInformer eNews, Maryland Thermoform recently launched a new website. The name is the same, www.mdthermo.com, but the face has changed.

The new and improved website highlights MTC's transformation from a simple blister manufacturer to a larger and more capable full service thermoformer.

We now specialize in all custom thermoforming needs, from design and development, to manufacture of parts, to fulfillment of finished market product.

The new mdthermo.com website highlights MTC's custom products and describes MTC's unique ability to support projects from a wide variety of customers in the future. We will use the web site and this newsletter to keep you informed of new features on the web site and important MTC news. Come visit us today! [Go to mdthermo.com]

The Model 67 Thermwood CNC Router

New 5-axis Thermwood CNC Router

Maryland Thermoform‘s Quality Policy states that we are “committed to providing superior quality, value and service to our customers in the design, development, manufacturing and delivery of plastic packaging and products.” In order to live up to our policy, we must constantly be on the lookout for smarter, faster and more efficient machinery.

Our new Model 67 Thermwood CNC router is one such machine!

The advantages of the new machine are threefold:

  • First, it has more advanced design and functional capabilities than our old machine, so it not only makes it easier for us to program and create your packaging, but we can offer more designs to support your products and solutions.
  • Second, this machine also has two moving tables and cutting heads as opposed to the old machine with one fixed table and one moving cutting head. This allows us to make more items at once or even work on two jobs simultaneously.
  • And third, the cutting head moves faster than the old machine, so we can deliver your product faster.
