Maryland Thermoform Hosts Talk & Tour with Sollers Point Technical High School Students

On April 26, Maryland Thermoform Corporation hosted a talk and tour meeting with students from Maryland's Sollers Point Technical High School. Sollers Point is a highly regarded Maryland magnet school serving about 800 students through a relationship with partner schools in Patapsco, Dundalk, Chesapeake, Kenwood, and Sparrows Point. In addition to other programs, Sollers Point offers a strong technical program in Transportation, Construction, and Manufacturing - providing students with opportunities for advanced training, college study, and careers for the future.

The morning event included an overview of MTC's technical and business operations and a tour of MTC's manufacturing plant. The event was videotaped for the benefit of student's and others that could not attend the session. Once the video production is complete, it is scheduled to be made available via video streaming.
